February 2012 - Marsden Building Society have been able to support the North West Air Ambulance through their affinity savings scheme which was launched in 2009.  With the support of customers who have opened affinity accounts they have been able to donate £52,000.00.

Mortgage lending in the year was £39.5 million and at the end of the year the marsdens mortgage balances reduced by £18.8 million to £245.5 million. Savings retail balances also dropped by £25.1 million to £270.1 million as the Marsden Building Society faced intence competition for retail funding.
